Equation: X + (y + 5) = 4
Solving for center and radius

(X,Y) are the coordinates of the center of the circle.

r is II(pi) or radius

First move all the terms around until all the (X,Y) terms are together and the
constant on the right side of the equation.
that is
      2         2
  X -5X + Y - 4Y = 4

Next complete the squares for X and Y terms: -
  2                 2
X - 5X = (X-5) = 4
    2                2
  Y -4Y = (Y-4) = 4
         2
  (X-5) - 4(Y+4)
           2
add 5 to both sides of the equation
         2          2
  (X-5 )+(Y+5)

        2         2
  (X-5)+(Y+5)=4
Center of the circle is (x,y)=(5,-4)
